Vindya and Mithushan join forces to explore two contrasting music idioms: Techno and Konnakol. Join us to learn a brief history and delve into how the music is being developed by current artists.
The talk will be followed by a beginner DJ workshop with Vindya. You can observe demonstrations or have a go yourself and get to grips with the basics of mixing!
The DJ workshop is for people who don't identify as cis male. The workshop aims to encourage all other gender identities to try their hand at DJing.
